Today Paradise Developers Group, a Costa Rican real estate investment company based in Dominical, acquired a 480 acre tract of land. The land is currently being used as a cattle farm. Initial plans for the property are to develop the first golf course in the South Pacific region of Costa Rica. Below is the preliminary design of the course. Within the next six months, this plan will be finalized.
With this acquisition the principal partners of Paradise Industries now own approximately 2,500 acres in the South Pacific region of Costa Rica.
